The Georgian house had a later additional bay window and veranda and was very much in need of a parking area. The concept here was to put the original façade back, taking away the bay and veranda. We then cut out the frontage to create a parking area for two vehicles. The important thing was not to distract from the beauty of the house.
Property Rejuvenation wanted to add an additional garden room to the back of the kitchen. However, we did not want the usual standard conservatory for such a beautiful house. We decided on an individually designed hardwood Orangerie, which extends the property into the garden and gives the kitchen a sunny lift.
